Dr. Holms Hotel is one of Norway's historic mountain hotels and has been a source of recreation since 1909. The hotel is just a short walk to the resort centre and only a few minutes walk from the train station. it offers has everything you need for a comfortable stay and provides activities for both young and old.it is a large, rambling property full of character and is split into the original traditional wing and a more modern section and you can enjoy a range of amenities not found in many ski hotels.
Dr. Holms Hotel has 125 newly-renovated rooms that are all different in relation to each other and with their own charm. The hotel has its own Bowl & Dine with 6 bowling alleys, a sports bar where you can watch all sports on TV, a lounge bar where you can relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner, and not least, the legendary ski bar where the popular après ski is in the winter season. where you can book a treatment or enjoy the pool area. In the pool area you will find an outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor jacuzzi, a large swimming pool and a children's pool, as well as a sauna and steam room.
Dr. Holm's Restaurant provides a daily buffet breakfast as well as a half board option for those wishing to avail of it.
You can rent skis from the hotel and it is a very short walk straight to the slopes and approx. 5min from the ski school. All stays at Dr. Holms include breakfast, entry to the hotel's wellness department and free guest parking.
