In 2015, the 49'er underwent a remodel which remade the look and feel of the property more enhancing. Featuring 31 fireplace suites, the 49'er has 142 hotel rooms and suites. The rooms are beautifully furnished in Knotty Pine and Old Hickory. They offer an extended American Breakfast served in the new breakfast area, the Rendezvous Room.

The pool, hot tub and fitness room is located on the second floor above the beautiful lobby, accessed by elevator that also services the front building guest rooms.
